User Data Deletion

At Bizwit AI, we respect your right to privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (US), Privacy Act (Australia), and UAE PDPL (Dubai), we provide a simple and secure mechanism for you to request the deletion of your personal information.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the removal of your personal data from our systems if:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

  • You withdraw your consent (where consent was the legal basis).

  • You object to the processing of your data (e.g., for direct marketing).

  • You believe your data has been unlawfully processed.

2. How to Request Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please use one of the following methods:

Option A: Email Request (Recommended) Send an email to our Data Protection Officer / Business Owner:

  • Contact Name: Priyank Singh

  • Email: priyank@bizwitmarketing.com

  • Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]"

  • Body: Please include the email address or phone number associated with the account you wish to delete.

Option B: Web Form Visit our website at https://www.bizwitai.com/ and use the "Contact Us" form or the dedicated "Data Privacy" form (if available) to submit your request.

3. Platform-Specific Deletion (Meta/Facebook)

If you engaged with Bizwit AI via Facebook Lead Ads or our Apps, you can manage your data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy.

  2. Click Settings > Apps and Websites.

  3. Find Bizwit AI (or the associated app name) in the list.

  4. Click Remove to revoke access.

  5. Note: To delete data we have already collected/downloaded from Facebook, you must still email us at priyank@bizwitmarketing.com.

4. Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before granting a deletion request.

  • We may ask you to confirm your request via the email address we have on file.

  • If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request or ask for additional proof (strictly limited to what is necessary to prove ownership of the account).

5. Scope of Deletion & Downstream Processors

Upon verification, we will:

  • Permanently delete your personal data from our primary databases.

  • Anonymize your data in our analytics systems so it is no longer identifiable.

  • Notify Third Parties: We will instruct our third-party service providers (e.g., CRMs, Email Marketing Tools) to delete your data from their servers, as required by GDPR and other privacy laws.

6. Processing Timeline

  • Standard: We aim to process all verified requests within 30 calendar days.

  • Extensions: If the request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by up to 60 days (total 90 days), as permitted by GDPR and CCPA. We will notify you via email if an extension is required.

7. Data Retention & Exceptions

Please be aware that we may be unable to delete certain data if we are legally required to retain it. Exceptions include:

  • Legal Compliance: Records required for tax, audit, or financial reporting (retained for the statutory period).

  • Security: Data necessary to detect security incidents or protect against malicious activity.

  • Existing Contracts: Data required to complete a transaction or service you actively requested.

Once these obligations expire, the remaining data will be securely deleted.

8. Confirmation

We will send a final confirmation email to priyank@bizwitmarketing.com (or your registered email) once the deletion process is complete.
